Eligibility

Only orders placed and fully paid after the official start time of the campaign are eligible to participate in this promotion.

Winner Selection

Winners will be determined based on the order of successful payment completion. The first 5 successfully paid orders will be eligible for the free order reward. The earlier the payment is completed, the higher the chance of receiving the reward.

One Reward per Customer

Each customer is eligible for only one free order reward. Multiple orders from the same customer will not receive duplicate rewards.

Refund Cap

The maximum refund amount per eligible order is CA$300. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be refunded.

Order Validity

Orders that are canceled, refunded, or identified as abnormal or fraudulent will be automatically disqualified from the promotion.

Final Interpretation

The brand reserves the final right of interpretation of this promotion.

Reward Distribution

The refund for eligible orders will be issued to the original payment method after the campaign ends. Processing time is approximately 1–3 business days.

Winner Announcement

The list of winners will be published on the official campaign page after the event ends, showing partial customer information (e.g., last 4 digits of the order number). Please check the page after the campaign concludes. The results will also be announced on our official social media channels (Instagram / Facebook).
