Chair was very easy to assemble with its screws labeled and organized in the plastic packaging. I love how comfortable the memory foam seat is with breathable mesh. I love the chair gives me support where I need it. My job requires standing, this chair is a relief during my down time!

Comfy and Stable The headrest and legrests are sturdy and comfortable. I am 6'1" (185 cm) tall weighing approximately 275 lb (125 kg) and it is more than enough to support me. Keep in mind if you have a larger waist, the seat may not be wide enough to accommodate comfortably. I'm not returning mine because I plan to lose enough weight to compensate for the 19.7" seat.

Wonderful Chair for Work from Home and Gaming I am so happy I decided to get this chair. I started a work from home job and needed a good reasonably priced chair. I have severe back issues including herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, and sciatica. This chair is so comfortable to sit in for extended periods for work as well as gaming. I really enjoy the lumbar support, foot rest, and reclining features. The seat itself is very soft yet supportive. It was pretty easy to assemble as well I’ve never put together a chair like this and was able to do it by myself with provided instruction diagrams.

Comfortable and nice chair along with some cool features, with some caveats I got this chair and quickly put it together. The instructions were fairly easy to follow, but you have to be careful with which screws it is talking about and where. There are no words, so it is just photos. However, all in all it only took me about 10 minutes to put together. Once I did and began using the chair, I noticed it is very comfortable, looks nice, and has an awesome foot rest for when you want to lean back. A couple of things that I miss with this chair that my other chair had, is that while the armrests can be moved from side to side, I cant lift them up and out of the way like my old one could. Additionally, when you have the chair set to be able to lean back, it leans back a little too far, too quickly. Other than that, it is a pretty awesome chair and comfortable to sit in for hours on end for a workday.
Great Chair, just keep in mind it tilts back when reclining Overall, the chair offers excellent support over a wide range of motions. The metal/plastic/mesh combination is rigid and breathable. My favorite feature has to be the adjustable backrest. The different angles offer me the best positions when working at my desk or relaxing. Another feature to note is the lumbar support, it's not overpowering nor non-existent; it's just right. One con of the chair is that the whole chair, including the leg rest, tilts up when leaning back, which causes my legs to get sandwiched between my desk and the leg rest. I also wish that the arm rests moved farther back for when I'm reclining, but that's a common thing I've noticed with office chairs. Nevertheless, after just two weeks with this chair, I have to say I am thoroughly satisfied!!
Like the footrest I really like that the footrest can extend so that my legs are fully supported. When not in use, the footrest can be folded down and hide underneath the chair.
Large, comfortable, and highly adjustable. I didnt realize what it meant by 4D armrest until after I started using this chair. The armrest can basically extend in any direction, up/down, sideways in/out, forward/backward. It is pretty convenient. The headrest also tilts up and down. Unfortunately, theres no knob to flatten the lumbar support. Its pretty stiff up against your lower back when youre sitting straight and you cant soften it or bring it in more. When youre reclining it flattens out and is not noticeable. The recline is really good and I could easily fall asleep in this chair. But my wife has trouble with the recline. If youre lighter it can be stiff and hard to keep it reclined. It flattens too quickly for me though. I get the momentary sensation of falling on the floor. So, I guess it just depends on how much you weigh. The downside here is that theres no knob to adjust the tension on the tilt. The backing is made of mesh fabric and that helps keep the chair lighter. In contrast, the base is a foam bottom. The footrest is really comfortable for lying back, but it gets in the way a but if youre sitting straight and have it tucked in under the chair. It is really easy to assemble, especially if you use a drill with a metric 6 hex bit. In summary, great chair for an afternoon nap. You can easily fall asleep in this chair. The main thing I would change is allowing adjustment for the lumbar support when sitting straight.

Overall happy with purchase The seat is not the mesh material the back and head rest have. It feels more like neoprene. I just got it but I have a feeling its going to get dingy quickly. Its pretty, though. The footrest dips a little with the weight of my legs. Felt for a second like they were too heavy for it but I think its going to be fine. Chair leans back nicely. I wanted a chair whose armrests can go over my desk, so that I can push the chair in a bit further. Although it doesnt go all the way in because of the design of the arm rest, it does go above the desk. Granted, I use skate wheels instead of casters and that helps raise the chair a tiny bit. So far, happy with it.

comodidad excelente postura me gusta y me parece muy cmoda, adems de elegante, los reposa brazos son 4D y acolchados, aunque a primera vista no parece, pero si lo son, armado fcil, se siente de calidad, su base es metlica y sus ruedas son suaves al girar, como contras si me causa un poco de inquietud que su soport lumbar y del espaldar son en plstico no se si sea un punto dbil a largo o mediano plazo esperemos que con el tiempo aguante junto con la malla del espaldar.
A nice chair with a nice lumbar support and arm rest its an excellent chair I have tried it for over a week now and it feels great it have an adjustable arm rest and the lumbar support is on par with the best of them I am a software engineering and I pass most of my time glued to my computer and it helped a lot I can sit comfortably for like two hours and with a correct form I might add, it was straight forward to assemble. I think the material is of sound material hopefully it can last me the entirety of my uni days and considering the value and everything it is recommended.

Good quality chair! Assembly is not very troublesome, about half an hour. The function of resting my thighs is the reason I bought it. The only downside is that it smells a bit, but it goes away after a few days.
The chair in itself is fine and comfortable enough, and easy to put together - though I don't know if it's 400$ worth of comfortable compared to more affordable alternatives. But the customer service is poor if not inexistent. I had a few issues with delivery and was first dismissed without the problems being recognized or addressed and then outright ignored. Paired with the fact that you have to pay to return the chair if it doesn't work for you (and after having dealt with the customer service I am not sure I even want to attempt the process), it just makes me think back to that purchase with regret.

I didn't find the chair comfortable at all, especially for the lumbar support part. I couldn't adjust it right. I am not sure the material, especially the fabric, will last long, or at least it will get stained easily. The packaging was also exaggerated and the waste could have been reduced. That being said, my partner is enjoy it the chair so we will keep it. She says her back no longer hurts after spending a few hours at her desk. I would have given 2 stars and her, probably 4 or 5.
