Great Chair Great Customer Service I purchased the Welax S9 Pro chair in black and I have to say there is a lot to like about it. I first want to start by recognizing the customer support. This is by far the best customer support I have dealt with on any product. I worked with Monica because I needed some clarification on the functionality of the chair and they have been so responsive. So thank you support team! Regarding the chair, the first thing that stood out was the breathability of the fabric. It’s a unique fabric unlike anything I’ve felt before. It’s very comfortable feels like you are suspended on air. The next thing I really liked was the placement of the lumbar support. I have other chairs that are more expensive with inferior lumbar support. Lastly, I really enjoy using this in the reclined position. I thought the arms the way they wing up in the back was well engineered. The foot rest is also much better than other chairs in this category. Overall it is a great chair for the price I would reccomend it to a friend!
After comparing multiple brands, I chose this model, which is fully functional: it has a headrest, lumbar support, and a sliding seat cushion. The installation took 20 minutes, but the instruction manual was clear. The only minor drawback is that adjusting the headrest requires a lot of effort.

I haven’t gotten the product yet. The delivery company is a disaster. They came by twice and never ring the doorbell. Then they put the package in the storage and send me a message to pick it up. I don’t have a car so I have to way for a friend to help me out with this issue. Very bad delivery management.
The chair itself is good, and the dynamic lumbar support is nice. However, the headrest has practically no support, I can feel it slowly getting pushed back into neutral position just from gently resting my head on it which makes it useless. Pretty disappointing from a chair at this price point.
I like it, but I would not pay full price for it. It’s a nice chair, it’s comfortable and definitely won’t hurt to sit in (I hope). I wish that the arms rests locked into place because sometimes I want to be able to move around without worrying that something is going to move them. The footrest is fine but I think I’m going to have to get some sort of stool for my feet to rest in because I’m short and right now my feet dangle even if I make all the adjustments and whatnot. It’s nice that it’s super adjustable but I just don’t think it’s worth the price point.
